Join members of the Washtenaw County Audubon Society for a walk near the library, get birding resources, and learn birding tips.
Have you ever been curious about the feathered friends singing and flying around your house or in your parks? Are you looking for a fun, socially-distanced activity to do outside with your family and friends? Join us for an introductory look into birding. Members of the Washtenaw County Audubon Society will talk about some of the reasons that birding can become a lifelong hobby, share some tips on how to get started, and finally take a walk near the library to see what birds we can find. If you have binoculars, bring them along! Otherwise, we will have extra pairs.
