Dominique is a Bahamian American who specializes in trauma-sensitive yoga. She works one-on-one with clients through a combination of breathing and specialized movements to ensure safety within the body. The movements provide an avenue by which individuals can begin to feel connected in every aspect of themselves and understand their body’s sensations and rhythms. She will guide participants through an hour session to give a brief insight into the practice. Bring a yoga mat if you have one; a limited number will be provided.
